1. Services
Opsethic provides productized consulting services related to async operations, automation, ESG strategy, and internal tool development. All service scopes are defined per plan.
2. Payments & Cancellations
All recurring plans are billed via Stripe and can be canceled at any time from your billing portal. No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom-built systems, documentation, and automations remain the property of the client upon full payment. Opsethic may showcase anonymized case studies unless otherwise agreed.
4. Liability
Opsethic is not liable for third-party tool outages or client-side implementation issues. We commit to reasonable best efforts within the agreed scope.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
