OpsEthic ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data when you visit opsethic.com or engage our consulting services.
1. Data We Collect
- Contact details you submit via forms, email, or discovery calls (name, email, company, role).
- Booking metadata from Cal.com when you schedule a call.
- Email address and engagement data if you subscribe to the RevOps Dispatch newsletter via Beehiiv.
- Anonymous website usage via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, country, device type, referrer).
- Billing information processed by Stripe for paid engagements — we never store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Data
We use personal data only to respond to inquiries, deliver engaged services, send the newsletter you have subscribed to, manage billing, and improve our website. We never sell personal data.
3. Sub-processors
We rely on the following third parties to operate the service:
- Google Analytics 4 (website analytics)
- Beehiiv (newsletter delivery)
- Cal.com (meeting scheduling)
- Stripe (billing and payments)
- HubSpot and Notion (client project management)
- Vercel (website hosting)
4. Cookies
We use essential site cookies and Google Analytics cookies only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking core functionality.
5. Your Rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. Email hello@opsethic.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
Inquiry records up to 24 months. Active engagement records for contract term plus 7 years for tax and compliance. Newsletter subscribers until unsubscribe. Analytics data retained for 14 months.
7. Security
TLS 1.2+ in transit. Encryption at rest via our tooling providers. Least-privilege access. Annual sub-processor security reviews.
8. Children
OpsEthic does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will email subscribers and update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
